My Background
I have a wealth of experience in the Fashion industry as both a stylist and entrepreneur focused on conscious consumption. In 2011, I founded Freschstyle, a personal styling business based in NYC. Eight years later I founded Shop Repurpose , an NGO focused on sustainable fashion and workforce development. My most recent endeavor, is Turnstyle, a fashion tech platform that helps stylists and consumers make fashion functional.
Prior to my entrepreneurial ventures, I managed my family-owned high-end women’s boutique in Milwaukee, WI. My work has been recognized in the fashion communities of New York City and Los Angeles, with features in prominent publications such as, NY Magazine, NY Times, Time Out, WWD, NY1, and NBC News. Notably, my clientele include forward-facing executives and corporations, with my recent work including the courtroom style for E Jean Carol. I have also been a guest speaker FIT, MACC, several podcasts, and corporate women's empowerment workshops.
I believe in using fashion as a force for good, helping individuals positively impact the world while learning how to dress to best express their authentic selves. I provide tailored solutions that resonate with clients' lifestyles and values, ensuring they feel confident and empowered to make great first impressions.
Philosophy
Vision
I empower clients by leveraging their strengths, fostering creativity, and building relationships to serve their needs best. My unique approach to fashion consultancy mobilizes style experts based on the needs of each individual. I create a seamless process for clients to connect with what matters most to them while building confidence in how they show up.
Philanthropy
Philanthropy is at the core of my business. As the founder of Shop Repurpose, I aim to build a community of individuals, brands, and organizations that are committed to lowering the bar of entry into the creative industries. By utilizing the resale of donated luxury items we provide job readiness training, personal development, mentorship, and scholarships for higher education, while providing a platform for sustainability in the fashion industry.
